The admin that eats your week

Every business runs a few processes that exist only because two systems will not talk to each other. They are invisible on any org chart and they cost a day a week.

Two systems that will not talk, joined by a person retyping.

You are probably here
because of one of these

  • The same information is typed into two systems, by the same person, on the same afternoon.
  • Somebody rebuilds the identical report every Monday morning.
  • A quote becomes an invoice by copy and paste, and occasionally by mistake.
  • Onboarding a new client is a checklist somebody keeps in their head.

If none of those is quite it, describe yours — the form takes three lines.

What the work is

01

Tool-to-tool integration

The systems you already pay for, connected, so a record entered once is a record entered everywhere.

02

Document and invoice flows

Quotes, contracts and invoices generated from the data that already exists, with the approval step kept where a person belongs.

03

Scheduled reporting

The Monday report arriving on Monday, built the same way every week, with no one having to remember how it was built.

Where we stop

What we will not do

We will not automate a step that should be deleted. The first pass is always finding which parts of the process exist because of a decision nobody remembers making — removing those is cheaper than automating them.
