Websites that still work six months after launch

Most of the sites we are asked to fix were not built badly. They were built once, handed over, and never touched again.

A site is not finished at launch. The loop around it is the part most sites never get.

You are probably here
because of one of these

  • Nobody can change a word on it without ringing the person who built it.
  • You have been told it is slow and that this costs you customers, but not what to do about it.
  • It looks right on a laptop and falls apart on a phone.
  • The last person who had the passwords no longer works with you.

If none of those is quite it, describe yours — the form takes three lines.

What the work is

01

Design, build and content structure

Pages shaped around what a visitor is trying to find out, in an order that lets them find it. The structure is the part that decides whether the writing has a chance.

02

Speed and technical SEO

Core Web Vitals, markup, and the plumbing that decides whether Google can read the site at all. Measured before and after, so the improvement is a number rather than a claim.

03

Hosting, backups, updates, uptime

Somewhere it lives that somebody watches. Updates applied, backups taken and restored to check they restore, and an alert that reaches a person when it goes down.

04

Content edits within an agreed SLA

When you need a page changed, you send it and it is changed. No ticket queue, no waiting to find out whether anyone is available.

Where we stop

What we will not do

We will not rebuild a site that needs a week of repair. Rebuilds are the more profitable answer and they are often the wrong one — if yours can be fixed, we will say so and quote the fix.
