We work to your scope, and we read it properly first
If what has been sold is not buildable as described, you hear it from us before the client hears it from anyone.
For agencies that have won work they can sell but cannot staff. The client relationship stays yours; the build is ours.

If what has been sold is not buildable as described, you hear it from us before the client hears it from anyone.
We do not contact them, market to them, or take them afterwards. That is in the agreement, not just in this sentence.
In your repository, documented well enough that another developer could pick it up. Lock-in through obscurity is a way to keep work, and it is a poor one.
Not a rotating pool. The person who wrote it is the person who answers about it.
Client-facing meetings, unless you invite us and brief us on how we are introduced. Account management, scoping conversations with your client, and design work unless agreed. Anything not in the scope you send — including things your client asks us directly, which we will pass back to you rather than answer.
A written scope rather than a forwarded email thread. Decisions inside two working days, because from our side the client is unreachable by design. Realistic dates given to your client — we will tell you what is achievable, and we cannot fix a promise made before you asked.
A subcontractor cannot chase your client for an answer. Everything we are blocked on has to come through you, which makes your turnaround the ceiling on ours.
If the scope is still being negotiated with your client, subcontracting it fixes nothing — you will be relaying an argument. Settle it first, or bring us in to scope it properly and pay for that separately.
Tell us what is slowing you down. We come back within one business day with an honest read on whether we are the right fit, and which of these shapes it should be.
